A 1099 will be issued and filed for each recipient. Winners are responsible for any income tax liability and should consult their tax advisors for the proper tax treatment of this income on their tax return. To qualify, applicants must have an active Andco membership. There is a limit of one entry per business entity. By submitting an entry, you agree that your entry and any other content or information provided by you or collected by Andco may be used for marketing purposes.
